What if a faction leader is looking for people with good win %s? People with changed records might be recruited and then lose 75% of battles, and thats not fair to the founder.

Ie... a player with 1, 900 total wins uses this item to reset their record. After 100 wins with a reset record, will they be able to still obtain Hero rank? Or no?
