It's just suggestion. We need a place to play all those wonderful forum games that lighten up the forums. The place where spam is welcome because the can is often opened to hit someone it the head with the slimy stuff inside. A place to steal from each other or maybe to drop something on the head of next person that posts. We could socialize while playing hangman or play the torture game.

While it's not the free for all you are describing, Unofficial Contests and Games is a fun place to hang out and play forum games. Be sure to read the rules before posting though. They'll keep you out of mischief. :)
