As said in the Design notes this is the last vault before the "big" vault. So i believe there should be a cheevo for each side for the destruction of the "big" vault so that both sides end the war happy and know they get rewarded for their efforts for their individual sides. what are your opinions on this? do you agree or disagree? why?

Disagree. Perhaps something like a "2nd place" achievement for whoever breaks theirs last, but what you're saying would take the whole idea out of the war. No competition.
Winners should be rewarded!
