Mr. Black OP -> Encouragement for attacking the vault? (7/19/2012 1:35:55) My idea to improve participation in the war is to give people a small amount of exp for doing damage to the vault. 5% of the damage you do will come back to you as exp, since people right now are just in the war for the free npc experience so it would encourage them to actually attack the vault.
