Okay i need to buy 10K "atrix points" with my "paypal" and when i try and log into my paypal to pay for them it says somehting like this "this card could not be used to purchase items rom this site [portal.battleon.com]" can someone please help me?[:@]

You mentioned something about a card not being able to be used to purchase items from the site. Maybe your card is blocking payments going to there? Maybe you should call up the company that deals with your card. I assume you're talking about a credit card. Maybe you don't have enough balance on your card or in your account to make the purchase?

No its not my card and uhm no its a debit card . . . and my acc has alot more than 50 dollars in it :L

This sounds like it could be a problem on Paypals end. You can find Paypal support on their website.
There's also the Payments Section of the Portal. Hope that helps!
