Who do I contact to get my Username for the forums to be reverted back to my old one?

Also keep in mind, when Seahawk changes your name he also has to change your password (for reasons I don't know), so before asking him to change your name you should make sure your E-mail is valid and you can access it. Because once Seahawk DOES change it, he'll send a message to your forum accounts e-mail telling you what your new password is and some other things.

you're only allowed one username change. considering the way your question is worded, I would guess you wouldn't be eligible for another name change.

Actually, based on a past question I put to Elnaith, it's at Seahawk's discretion whether or not to grant the change. Rather than conjecturing, let's leave it in Seahawk's hands. ~Stray Cat
