Brain Freeze -> Browsing Factions (7/24/2012 1:27:14) Would be nice if there is an option to browse faction pages like we are enabled to browse characters.

And most likely, that person in the faction was either invited by the leader or a member, and most likely they can tell you when he's/she's on, and can invite you. Or really, they might just be the leader/member and invite you themselves! Call it complicated, or call me stubborn, but this feature world only serve a small feature. Sure, the smaller things in the game make it what it is, so it's all a matter of perspective.
