Remove EMP from cyber hunters and add Overlord,Plasma rain or some other skill like that.

And why?

It's cause I have tried cyber hunter aswell. TM,BH,TLM,Mercenary,BM and all these classes weren't able to beat me when I was CH.

All balance suggestions, and discussions belongs in the balance thread. The Reminders on Posting did mention where to post for balance suggestions.
