I have 2 high level varium characters, but recently I decided to start a non varium character and plan to play it up to level cap for fun. Has anyone else done this? If so, what prompted you to do so? In my case I am looking for more of a challenge. :D

I did that 4 times in fact, although not to Level cap, and currently own Lvl 34 (main), Lvl 30, 29, 28 and 17. All with different classes! Although I played on them until about Lvl 26-27 when I decided to experiment with new classes and perhaps Varium item or two so they bought few small packages to get decent items thus ending up as Semi-Varium characters instead. My Lvl 17 who's a BH, still is pure non-Varium and hope he will stay so but due to the different Exp ranges, he probably will since I only bought Varium on other characters to afford decent Varium Armor and it was with the old Exp curve so hopefully this will be easier. :D

To add, in order, TM, TLM, Merc, CH and BH. xD So I haven't only tried BM yet or at least current version; I was BM when it was released for about 10 mins. xD

:-) You are not alone, I have a lvl 35 (main) full varium TLM, a lvl 33 Merc full varium, and like Trans I have a couple that are hybrids a lvl 32 TLM SS & PS build, a lvl 32 Support Merc, a lvl 28 non-varium TM, and finally my poor lvl 21 non-varium BH. I prefer the merc over the other classes, and after the war I will try to cap out my merc before I play with my TM $ BH. In my case just trying different builds.

I have 1 varium mage, but switched my main to a non varium that I've been playing ever since. Reason being is whenever I spend money on a game, I get bored of it. (In this case though, just spent artix points on the mage)

I wouldn't say weird but foolish, why are you wasting time and money on 3 accounts? Just play 1 account and be satisfied with it.

1. All those characters can be on 1 account.
2. Its the same waste of time to play on a single or multi accounts.
3. Playing several characters is less repetitive and can satisfy more.

Exactly. My main is level 34 techmage and my alt is level 31 cyberhunter. I have played every class in the game at least once because I like variety. Plus, what is there to do once you reach level cap with the best gear money can buy? I mostly only play my main after I get bored with my alt and feel like pwning some noobs. lol

Wait a week and then buy the new best gear a money can buy.

It's not really weird but a bit pointless in my opinion since I would rather have 1 amazing character than a bunch of average ones.

hehe, I do this...all I'm missing is a cyberhunter right now...pretty hard doing it non-varium.

not wiered at all and those few players wich decide to keep not using var at cap lvl on an alt or on their main, CAN BE GOOD. non-varium is definetly a way to play.

@Mr. Black Op Who said I wasn't going to still play my good character? I'll still play it and buy new gear for it. So I'll still have one amazing character I'll just have a non varium for a fun challenge. lol

did it tons off times i have hmm lets see....5 lvl 20+ 3 lvl 30+ and 1 main at lvl 35 and more random alts at lvl 15-20. i do this to test builds and when i dam bored. u can also go for daily 1v1 or 2v2 to makes things interesting.

I don't think it's weird either. Besides my Level 35 (var) i have a Level 34 with an own little war faction and 3 lower levels.

I love playing my aults because I know good builds unlike when I first started playin my main. And it's fun to have creative builds on my aults.
