But for those who are interested, it may be best to just post the image here or at least the link to which suggestion you're talking about. Would help them out a lot to see what they're working with.

Flashing means to convert any hand-drawn artwork into the Flash format. The weapons you see in the game are purely Flash-made.

I would have loved to Flash that armor but I can't. I only have experience with weapons.

You don't always need to get things done on Flash. Try other softwares.

Normally, when something is "Flashed" it means it was created using Adobe Flash software which can costs around $600 USD
You can usually find a Trial Version thats last for like 30 days before you are prompted to purchase the program, the latest version for trial is CS6.
Adobe's latest version of flash is included in Creative Suite v.6.0 for about $1,400 USD

You may also be able to find "Older" versions like CS4 for sale for about $200 USD

I purchased Adobe's Masters Collection CS4 for $680 USD with my Student Discount, that was 3 years ago when CS5 was released.
Masters Collection CS4 was packaged with like 20 Adobe Programs including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop CS4, Adobe InDesign CS4 and many more.

Were you looking for a straight-up Flashing of the image or armor to be flashed onto a specific AE game template?
