These changes make the classes ultimates( Supercharge, Massacre, Surgical Strike ) equal.
1. Massacre: Add a health regain of 30% to it, just like all ulimates.
2. Surgical Strike: Add a maul only requirement to it, just like all ultimates.(supercharge requires staff, massacre requires wrist blades)

That's all.

Massacre I would go with 25% just to put CH and BH on equal terms when they use it.
For SS it really isn't needed since the last thing TLM and Mercs need is a nerf.

^Actually the 50% Rage skill is something i want to take off... But now I thought of that all Ultimates should have something special.
1. Super Charge: the Resistance ignore
2. Massacre: Let's say 25% hp regain
3. Surgical Strike: Reduces 35% Rage.

If you wanted massacre to have a hp regain then its damage would have to be decreased.
It has the highest damage of all the ultimates because it is pure damage.

Srsly? u want massacre to give 30% hp?! God!! think there is freaking Bloodlust and whats the purpose of the club on surgical if u dont even use the club to attack it >.<?

I understand, I had a talk with some of the forum administrators and they promised to revise the Balance Discussion... BUT, they do not have enough staff to moderate the thread if it does get changed.
