I must say I'm not a fan of the trend of Hybrid armors that have been introduced recently and with the high chance of the Slayer Armor being Hybrid, I'm both relieved and disappointed that it is not non-varium. With the additional defense boost, I'll be forced to move some points from DEX into TECH in order to compensate for my lost resistance. In turn, the lower DEX will decrease my chance to block and hit, which can be disastrous for any build. If I wanted to compensate for my lost DEX, I would need to remove points from another stat (or HP/MP) and if you're a non-varium player, you know that every little stat counts. I fear that the next non-varium armor to be released will be Hybrid but I suppose it's a small price to pay to stay competitive. I would love it if P/E versions were made available alongside Hybrid so that players could choose based on which version is better suited for their build, but I suppose that's too many armor versions.

All I currently need is a high level armor for non-varium. I might go --laser shield-- unless they release a high level armor. Also Mid lvl players need love. The medium mech's are not enough.

It is actually a promo package so expect that this thing will be varium(5 keys).

I'm still hoping for an high level non-var armor before the year ends or else I'll retire.

That's actually a good idea, like the OneX6 key that dropped from Nightwraith. It would have to be a low drop chance though, and if there is a non-var version of the armor thats slightly weaker than the var version, it would probably have to be the non-var version thats dropped. :/

I like white tiger's idea of having the choice of phys/res/hybrid.

This armor will never be a drop though. Its going to cost around 1950 varium.... ED doesn't want to give that away for free.
The non-var version is possible, but unlikely.

If it has more than 6 str I wont buy It. ( Stop Giving weps for str builds).
Just because Almost everyone is a str bm or str build doesnt mean that you need to do str weps all the time. .-.

^ Lol I remember that last armors I brought. The first one had no strength enhancement to it, the second one which was varium armor only had tech and dex. However the delta knight has 4 strength to it along with 6 tex and 4 dex.

I have to agree stop making armors with strength with them. Armor is meant to protect you not give you offensive power. If anything add those points to support since armor is suppose to protect in support you not attack. If this armor has strength to it, it will only make the varium blood mages badder then before especially since this armor will have 8-10 enhancement slots as well.

would be cool if the armour gave 20 def / resist 100 strength and the special to throw your opponent off the screen if they strike you doing deadly mad ass damage.

Sword 100 to strength no requirements 50 damage. Special 50% chance to do double damage on strike. Special ignores all defences and stuns you for the next 3 turns.

Its a dragon sword after all.

Seriously, since it is going to be Hybrid, then it better not exceed 5 def and 5 res. Just saying. I spent 50$ for my armor and I don't want it being exceeded by an armor that a kid can get for free...

rainy looks like your new to the world of varium. Of course the new armour will be better than delta. How else will ppl buy ? I bought the duds next week frost armour made my duds pointless. I must say i wont be changing my armour anytime soon. The frost bite is awesome.

nothing is free. "There is no free lunch" if you feel its free go get it. Come back and let us know how much you blew. I would love to make a custom dragon costume and scare the shyt outta the staff but then hey stuck with work no the other side of the world.

oh dont do that. Giving away a piece of your mind is like hitting your self with a malfunction. Your attack ability is reduced by half your robot is screwd additionally you gonna get banged us pretty bad.

Instead win their hearts and get hooked up into their underground lab and then mess up the code to the way we want it.
