I would like to see it's skill become more useful :/ The mechachillid weapons and armor is now considered *useless* on it's special.

Maybe they can add a chance to do an unblockable physical attack that hits at 107% on the armor.


Mechachillid Armor (Adds a 10% chance to use Infernal Spirit, a skill that attacks the opponent with a Physical Spirit move that hits at 107% normal damage *stacks*)

Mechachillid Primarys (adds a +3% chance to use infernal spirit while also adding +3% to the attack, making it 110% damage)

Mechachillid Guns (var) (adds +2% chance to use infernal spirit while also adding +2% to the attack, making it 112% damage)
Mechachillid Guns (non var) (adds +1% chance to use infernal spirit while also adding +1% to attack, making it 111% damage)

Mechachillid Auxes (var) (adds a +3% chance to use infernal spirit, while also adding +3% to the attack, making it 115% damage)
Mechachillid Auxes (non var) (adds a +2% chance to use infernal spirit, while also adding +2% to the attack, making it 113% damage)



So, with full Mechachillid items (var) you have an 18% chance to use Infernal Spirit, doing 115% unblockable physical damage
**********************(non var) you have a 16% chance to use Infernal Spirit, doing 113% unblockable physical damage

None of the mechachild primary's had the infernal spirit ability to begin with. However as the rest of the stuff I remember making a similar suggestion but it was shot down due to them saying it would overpower the person to the point where it would be wear this or die.

It would make you overpowered, so I doubt they will implement this into the game.

Maybe just have Infernal Spirit give +1% deflect chance? With 3 pieces of gear(armor, gun, aux) that would be +3% deflect, which would be useful, but not OP.

Or just make Infernal Spirit deal more Damage to NPCs instead ? Plus , give the Non-Var Primaries Infernal Spirit , then everyone will be happy ( well mostly everybody ) .

How is this overpowered?


Here look at this...



Thorn Assault


Chance to cause metallic energy barbs to burst from the ground and skewer your enemies!
Adds a 15% chance on Strike to to cast Thorn Assault, dealing 115% energy damage. Unblockable.
Currently available on: Bionic Battlegear.



Jack-O-Fire


Adds a 13% chance to "squash" your foes on strike!
Calls down pumpkins to rain down upon the target, dealing 113% physical damage. Unblockable.




So the new infernal spirit has a chance to do the Physical version of thorn assault, just a bit of a higher chance.


Also, it gives non var a skill they can like.



Read the wiki before stating things are overpowered ;)

Rayniedays56 I honestly don't see how it is overpowered it seems like you just said. However, as I stated before there isn't a primary weapon with infernal spirit. The war primary is a rare mutating weapon with massive strike that power's up crits so 3 percent of that wouldn't even exist. Also remember this there was also varium and non varium armor available so you should add that into the calculations as well since you seem to lump those in together.

But all in all since their is no primary with infernal spirit the match would look more like this

Varium 15% chance for the attack with 112% damage unblockable
Non varium 12% chance for the attack with 109% damage unblockable.

Also after looking over the number I would have to side with you on this one since I have used the bionic battlegear, and with a lot of the tank builds out their even over 100% wouldn't be doing a lot depending on the build.

No the armors went perma rare. This annoyed me since I was trying to save up credits to buy it with my alt only to find everything else there except it.

Support. Besides unlike the primaries that were mentioned you need ALL of them to equal the primaries, anything less and it's just a slightly stronger attack. But what happens with weapon like Bionic Battlegear if they both activate at once?

I support the concept of the idea, but not the statistics. Maybe if it looked something more like this:

Any Mecha side arm has a 9% chance to deal 110% damage when used.
Any Mecha bazooka has a 9% chance to deal 110% damage when used.
Any Mecha armor has a 5% chance to deal 110% damage on any non-skill attack. (5% on Strike, Gun, Zooka, or Bot, but nothing else.)

The armor would stack with the gun or zooka when either were used, making the items useful without completely overcharging them.
