ok first of all merc first i name it robot merc. The first 3 are the same but make mineral armor hybro armor ok for the 4th move should be intimidate now for #5 i think it should be static charge now for the #6 i think it should be reflex boost #7 plasma cannon #8 should be energy shield #9 maul #10 surgical srike or adrenaline #11 atom smasher #12 deadly aim or shadow arts tell me if you think this wold be op or good ill make another one tomoro buy involed class of tech mage tell me if i should chage something on this because i think this is good because i didnt give it any strong moves like poisen and berzerker and all that i think it is good because robots are not made to kill fast there made for a slow kill to defend while they hit little but o course i made a few things that would help it a little and also this class would use alot of energy so they would have to choose wisly

soo... you want a merc with

Field medic --doublestrike--hybrid armor
intimidate ----static charge-reflect boost
plas cannon---energy shield-maul
surg strike----atomsmash--da/ sa

sounds to me like you want a merc that can heal loop through high defense-static charge
boost its defenses for whatever enemy you come across... with a passive ability to boost
its sidearm damage to even higher amount/ or combine higher block chance with high def
have the ability to drain peoples energy/ stun them/ crit them / and or destroy there rage
and possibly them through surgical... this merc seems very OP to me...

also its not like you can have all of those just saying i have a choice of picking 35
most people would probly use most of it up fast llike staic or rerout passive armor and shadow arts or dealy aim

ray man like i said most people are going to use the main moves like static or rerout passive armor and deadly aim or shadow art ok there like 28-33 of them are gone now you have so little to use now its not like you can use all of them but ill make some of them weaker moves
