In addition to what's already been said, I believe TMs have a survivability issue as the only class with neither Bloodlust nor a passive armor. And we get little in exchange.

Although I still think they are OP, wow... Rayman, it worked... against concntration, current 1v1 daily champ
Ofcourse, his ratio isn't very good, he is still first

I'll keep fighting, but judging alone from the fact that the first fight I was in, the guy was as STR BH, something should be done, just lower that a little
It seems to be "today's main build" for the game, much like str BM used to be the most used

IDK why, but I am finding Mercenary to be the MOST fun class with the MOST build options at the moment! :D

My dex is 50 plus 36= 86 dex and I'm still blocking like crazy my defense is 26-32 plus 10, I'm a level 31 going on 32 tactical merc. Do you block much more if the oppenents higher level? Acutually I'm 31 and fighting 35 BH's so would that affect the advantage at all?

Do you block more if your opponents 4-5 higher levels higher than you and do less damage and get delt more damage if he's higher than you? And should you feel bad if your level 31 and lose to a level 35, how big of an advantage does he have.

Anyway
The build is working well
I've lost once in the last 20 fights, but of course, it was to a BH
It does take thinking to beat them, and but it is still very brutal, thanks to their smoke+shadow art's, they have an annoyingly high block chance

We should figure out a new passive to replace shadow arts that relies with less luck

I know it has been sad before, but it will make BH less annoying, and remove the part where you lose because of 1 hit

Lol funnest thing ever so I'm 31 Tlm as you know, he's a 35 bounty hunter.

1. He smokes.

2. I double strike

3. He cheap shots and gets blocked.

4. I pistol him in the face.

6. He Masscres.

7. I frenzy agian, but get blocked, so things are pretty fair.

8. he attacks I'm not looking so good.

9. I heal.

10. He rage pistols me, but dosen't do too high

11. I rage double strike and that was the end of him.


He was fully enchaned varuim too, but I still think there a tad OP.

How the hell can you get 72 damage with range of 51-55? Crits and Rage allows you to ignore defences which makes you deal more damage but it does NOT raise it above the possible range. <_< >_>

Also 72 x .30= 21.6 which rounds to 22.

And as for balance...(just to not be offtopic)...

BM is definitely OP. Deadly Aim + Bludgeon is TOO MUCH. A turn wasted with EMP is a turn that you lose 40 health in.

This is just like teh old Stun-Zerk Mercs from the good ol' Gamma Days. Gamma was well balanced IMO, but with 6 classes -- I can understand how balancing can be difficult.

At Trans I did see someone get a 69 when the crit with the war weapon a few duels back. However this person did have negative resistance (Due to being malfed and having over 180 health) And the person who did this had high strength. But yeah that is the only way that could happen now but at least that energy gain was justified.

Okay, so far what we have came up with ( in this and page 24 ) are:

- bm finds bh op

- ch finds bm op

- some build advice that don't appear often in balance discussion

- block complain

Got an idea
For the str bounty hunter problem, without affecting cyber hunter

Make Blood Lust not be affected by massacre or vice versa

How would this be?
Small nerf, but it's about a 15-30 health difference removed from only str abuse BH
Let's face it, doing 70 damage minimum with the debuff in a turn without rage itself is a bonus
