indigowarrior -> Help with artix.com (9/2/2012 15:07:12)

I am having an issue with artix.com. I can not find anywhere where I can get specific help for this so I am posting here as a last resort. Is there somewhere else I should seek help for this, if so please dirent me there.

Incase someone can help the problem is I am trying to post a comment for the monster design contest, when I go to post it says "You must update your member profile before you can leave a comment." when you click on this it opens up and says "Choose your display name". However no names work. And PLEASE do not reply to this thread with, "The name must be taken and you need to choose another". Trust me, nothing works. I have tried gibberish, everything, it rejects every one. Everythime I hit "update display name" it says "name not available"

I'm having the same problem as him, but I can't seem to click on the link that says "update your member profile". I tried changing my master account's data many times but I still can't post.

Melissa is currently looking into this issue. There's still plenty of time to turn in your submissions, so take some time to polish yours up and keep an eye on artix.com for a fix on that link. Thanks!
