Firstly you'll need to upload your desired signature to an image hosting site such as Photobucket, TinyPic or Imageshack. Then when editing your signature simply use the image tags ([image]Insert Link Here[/image]) and input your photo link between the tags. (Below is a handy example using the default example signature.)

If you wanted to add text along with an image, you can just add the desired text above or below the image tags and it will appear as normal.
