Alright now everyone is always complaining about how off balance classes are, but has ED ever looked at each tier, and making every ability up to par with other classes abilities, i think not, sometimes it seems like a random uber conveneient assortment, in which a few classes are always dominant over each other, because there's always advantages, weapon damage with high stength soars over tank build since a weapon damage for higher level can be anywhere from 32-35, it aleady topples the enemies defenses that way, wherever your strength is at either it b 17-27, that how much damage there will be on a normal strike, not to mention the healing abilities, s i think to make blood lust better, would be for it to only work durng normal strikes, and when its with deadly aim, to choose to use blood lust or the deadly ai, that could even things out, so when a merc normal strikes he will get energy back from hits, normal guns or normal auxes, reroute will work, same with blood lust, whereas when its used with another ability you choose that ability, do you guys understand what im saying, like you can choose a normal hit, and add one of your abilities into the ix either it being the passive( always useable) or the other skills which have cooldowns, do you guys understand what i,m saying, this is strictly balance.

Mercenary with Strength and Bloodlust?! Are you crazy? That would be so unbalanced I can't describe it. Not supported.

Mother1 -> RE: Why Hasn't Anyone Said this Before? (9/7/2012 17:46:26)

Not supported. for the same reason AQworldThunder stated. I could see it all now Str mercs would take over, and it would be the wham bam thank you ma'am duels we had to deal with BM all over again.

I neer said mercenary will have blood lust, wow can't you guys read, i suggested that what can happen is when a class for example tlm has reroute and frezny, he can either strike and use reroute for the next 1-2 turns or frenzy , that will be balanced, same with bloodlust. Another example, blood mage bludgeons, or uses deadly aim, so blood lust doesnt work, because u ana only use 1 passive/skill with the passive lasting 1-2 turns, may based on foucs, or anything else, jsut so blood lsut and the other skills wont lets say stack*, so a class cant massacre and blood lust, just either thety massacre or bloodlust, but it would be the same with all classes

doomturtle -> RE: Why Hasn't Anyone Said this Before? (9/7/2012 20:22:45)

I don't support any of this. You will basically take the fun out of the game of you make all the classes perfectly on par. And you are making them to weak.

Mother1 -> RE: Why Hasn't Anyone Said this Before? (9/7/2012 20:26:55)

Still not supported.

While this might help bring down the more dominant classes don't forget this will also weaken other classes as well. Bloodlust is suppose to work with every offensive move not just strikes. By doing this you are making Bounty hunters, ans Blood mages move vulnerable to tank builds especially dex tanks (since they have the best chance to get blocks) oh and lord forbid that it is a dex thank hunter with max shadow arts. Bounty hunters, and Blood mages would be at the mercy of these types of classes.

With reroute this doesn't stack with your offensive abilities but your opponents. Plus for a Tech mage who has deadly aim will hurt the class as well since what you want to do is turn off reroute for 1-2 turns to use Deadly aim which is only for One turn.

Also with this you will be putting a bigger limit on builds since the builds work around the passive skills. So for all of this I still can't support this idea.
