Stats and damage are worse than the infernal slayer sword.
Icy chill is only useful against george lowe.
Dex and tech requirements are too high.

How about a stronger version of Icy Chill that works on most NPCs ( except NPCs like Arctic Guard and Yeti Hulk ) and lesser Stats need to use instead ?

Update for what reason? Policy states that there will be no buffs to any items so "update" won't happen.

@master Because they needed a promo item for DragonCon to replace the ones that many were complaining have been around for too long. For time saving purposes they just revamped the artwork of Dragon Slayer and made that a new sword.

There is no reason too because Frostbane is perma rare because of it's promo status and there are no things that are preventing the staff from spending time on making something new entirely(like how DragonCon forced them to revamp Dragon Buster)
