(9/8/2012 7:18:53) I think it's there because that's where the forums begin, so that Twilly image is what you see in the address bar of your browser. It's also the image that shows up as your bookmark. That image of Twilly has been around for as long as this version of the forums has been around. I think it was used on the old version as well. It was the 404 page image if I remember correctly.
