There is one in DF and IDK about the other games (lols) HOWEVER, to keep it more Delta V style, I suggest a Shadow Hunter. Yes, it has been named before, but unlike the others, I will not make it horribly OP. So: Shadow Hunter: Most situated with support With the shadow hunter, you will be able to Tear your enemy apart with Shruiken, a physical multi attack that sends waves of blades upon your target. 49 HP 41 EP 17 STR 21 DEX 19 TEC 25 SUP Skills: Field Medic-ShadowVeil-Curse Technician-Replenish-ParalyzeDart Ditto-Shruiken-BlindSide Bleed-Massacre-EMP Shadow Veil: Passively reduces physical attacks. 2% 5% 7% 9% 10% 11% 12% 13% 14% 15% Meaning? Blood Mage has initial 71 physical fireball damage. With level 10 shadow veil, you automatically reduce the damage to 60 damage. Then armors and defense kick in. HOWEVER, striking 71 damage is NOT easy. Say a Bounty Hunter has an initial 45 stun grenade damage. 15% of 45 is 7.. So, it is significantly worse than a Passive armor on low hits, but slightly better on large hits. Rage ignores ALL of Shadow Veil and shadow veil CAN be overtaken by critical strikes. Remember, this only affects PHYSICAL ATTACKS. Requirements: 43 dexterity Curse: Significantly reduces the targets support, critical, and rage rate. Warmup: 0 Cool Down: 2 EP Cost: 15 step 2, 33 max Improves with: Strength (17 start, step 4 after) Requirements: 35 Technology Replenish: Acts as BLOODLUST and STATIC CHARGE together. HOWEVER, like static charge, it MUST be activated. It CAN be blocked. 5% BL, 5% SC 7% BL, 7% SC 9% BL, 9% SC 10% BL, 10% SC 11% BL, 11% SC 12% BL, 12% SC 13% BL, 13% SC 14% BL, 14% SC 15% BL, 15% SC 16% BL, 16% SC Warmup: 0 Cooldown: 2 EP Cost: 0 (none needed) Requirements: 42 dexterity Paralyze Dart: Shoot a dart from your gun, hopefully paralyzing the enemy. Warmup: 1 Cooldown: 2 EP Cost: 14 step 2 (32 max) Requirements: none Ditto: Mimic a foes move, effectively doing a percent of their skill/attack/heal. Say an opponent heals with 48 HP. You use a level 10 ditto, and you then heal for 40% of 48, which is 19.2, or 20 HP 15% 18% 21% 24% 27% 30% 33% 36% 38% 40% Warm up: 2 Cooldown: 3 EP Cost: 15 step 3 (42 max) Requirements: 34 technology Shruiken: Unleash a barrage of deadly blades that can hit multiple enemies. EP Cost 14 step 2 (max at 30) ((multiple 22 step 2 (max at 40)) Deals 85% damage on multiple Improves with: Support step 3 Warm up: 1 Cooldown: 2 Requirements: 34 dexterity Blind Side: Attack the enemy with a swift stab, ignoring 15% of all defenses with a 10% chance to crit. EP cost: 8 step 2 (max at 26) Warm UP: 1 Cool Down: 2 Requirements: None Improves with: None Bleed: Attack the foe in a vital organ, effectively causing them to bleed for 3 turns while also doing 50% normal damage. 3 HP 4 HP 5 HP 6 HP 7 HP 8 HP 9 HP 10 HP 11 HP 12 HP Warm UP: 0 Cool Down: 3 EP Cost: 16 step 2 (34 max) Requirements: 35 support EDIT: Nerfed Replenish a little. PLEASE remember that it is blockable and requires decent strength to be of any use.
