This may seem like a stupid question but how do you change the color of your text?

For example, 
[color=#330066][/color]
makes your text this color. Be sure to pick out a legible color, though, otherwise it will be removed from your posts.

And the best way to find colors is by using the built-in color button in the posting area. It's on the same line as bold, italics, underline, quote, etc., right above the link to the Privacy Policy. Clicking it will bring up the color options and you can then type what you want colored between that (or you can highlight already-typed paragraphs and change the color by clicking that same button).
