Yes, exactly! A player market where players can put up their items, it would good for people who have missed out on rares or just want some extra credits because sell back prices are terrible!!

well I think this was suggested before but it was gunned down for good reasons
the idea's nice though... except for the rare item sale... cause if you can buy it from a market anytime then it wouldn't be rare anymore

I started the forums 2 day havent rlly looked much, maybe they could make it the item has to be the same/more of the value of the item of trading?

It says never though, any form of trading really. Recently even Artix himself said that Trading will never be part of AQW and ED is the same since items do have value here (you need them for PvP) and rarity works the same as well as promos. And Staff tends to even lock these threads due to reasons I stated above (the quote is a quote from one of the Devs).

NPCs can be used to do all the trading that you will ever need.
