@Trans, were you suggesting something be done about Reroute or just giving more insight? I understood what you were saying in your first post, but your most recent one is a bit confusing.

Not suggesting, this is more like a fact but it wasn't picked up on yet because Ashari is away and she mentioned it first. Basically passive skills will be revamped so they will NOT be a must in a build just like SC isn't a must now either (you can rely just on own Energy + keep skill points for other skills). They will be passives but we're looking at pretty much nerf to most of them including BL and Reroute. Passive Armors will also be affected. They'll have power of DA; so they can be used with a build but don't have to. Such as Caster TM may not benefit from DA unlike Support or maybe Focus 5/Tank.

In my 2nd post, I just evaluated on my decision as of to why scaled EP cost for Bolt (well getting higher with your Level + skill too) is a bit bad since it's aimed only at TMs due to owning Reroute (makes looping easier).
