Some people I know always, and I mean always, have their text in a certain non-black colo(u)r. It seems a bit repetitive if they have to enter the codes or choose that colo(u)r everytime they post something, so I'm wondering if there is an option which I haven't found that lets your posts be that colo(u)r without entering any codes?

As far as I know of, no.

Memorizing hex colour codes aren't really such a bother, and everything's quick and easily accessable on the ribbon above your posts. An easier way of putting codes in exessively, post after post, if via Ctrl+V.
Just copy your default codes, highlight and Ctrl+C or just right-click Copy, and paste on your post using Ctrl+V. It should stay copied, unless you copy something else or reboot your computer, so you can use it exessively until then. Just type in-between those codes and you should be good!

No you can't ATM but maybe you post a suggestion in the Forum Suggestion Thread, and they might find a way to add it! Or you can just memorize your favorite color code like what @Starflare said.
