I am a Founder. Certain Achievements are hard for me to obtain such as Flag Captures and World Dominations. I could easily get them by just joining another Faction for a day or two to earn said Achievements. But, to do so, I have to kick my membership roster and then leave my Faction. This is unfair to my members who worked to help build my Faction. What I suggest is is the option to name my next in command as a successor to keep my Faction going if I feel the need to step out and collect personal Achievements. Then, I could easily be asked back into my Faction by a member. However, I do understand that, on the downside, it is possible to get screwed over a not be allowed back into my Faction. [:(] But hopefully officers will be loyal enough to reinstate former Founders. [:D]
