NPC color palettes

Some people are sticklers about getting things right. Is it feasible to add an "NPC color palette" to the Character Customization? What I mean is there would be an extra option to "Choose NPC Color Palette", then you would choose which NPCs' colors you want ie:Titan, and then your character would change to those colors already placed in the proper spots.
