So, I've been playing on my alt account and it seems as the second the board resets every jugg starts trying to battle, seeing as my alt is 26 I have been playing jugg battles for 40 mins straight. And it seems there is a BIG balance issue in Juggernaut, most peoples 2v2 win ratio is 40-60% and then OP juggernauts that is fully enhanced make the ratio's even worse. I think if your a 35 juggernaut it should be 29-31 not 21-35 I mean seriously? The juggernaut used his OP gun (Max deadly aim and blood mage) and killed my partner and took out more than half of my health and I have 92 health and 70 dexterity. So, overall juggernaut is just a unbalanced mode that somebody should figure out how to balance it a bit.
