(10/9/2012 14:37:23) You'll need to upload your Excel file to some kind of online cloud storage, such as Microsoft Skydrive (quite popular) or Google Drive (formerly Google Docs) and from there you will be able to share the link. These offer you a few GB of free storage, which is more than enough to store plenty of spreadsheets and whatever else you should need to upload.
