How to be an officer:
-When faction loyalty is seen, long amounts of time is spent with the faction.
-High amounts of influence. (BE ACTIVE :D)
-Donate a lot! I will not favour friends, so everyone has a FAIR chance of being on officers, deserving the smexy "The _______" title :3
