When having trouble fitting things into a signature, always try using the scale tool in GIMP, (make sure the chain links are checked) and the rotate tool helps too.

I can work with the sasuke pic, but the naruto one is a tad bit on the low quality size....can you pick something else? (Try searching Naruto Render on google images.)
