man this 2 v 2 has to be balanced it is realy unfair

Like.. any suggestions from you how to balance it? Are the classes causing trouble? Is it the level scaling? Is it the pairing of Varium and F2P?

It would be nice. But at the same time there are so many things that cause this.

1 Not enough people being within your level range so they throw you into a battle where you will be within range but the others aren't on the same level.
2 people already in other 2 vs 2 duels
3 Players playing in 1 vs 1 and 2 vs 1
4 people are just hanging out talking with friends and not actually duel

Plus at the higher levels it sometimes takes me 1-2 minutes to get a duel. many times I am thrown into a battle where I am the only level 35 and my partner is a level 30 while we are fighting to level 30's. Trying to balance this out would make it even harder to find a match at the higher levels since you would need to do the following

1 have players with equal stats battle each other which will take extra time to find players with matching or close to matching stats
2 close the level gap which would make it even harder to find battle since it would make the player pool even smaller.

While I would like this to be balanced, I don't want to have to wait even longer for a 2 vs 2 match for this. It is the main reason why the 2 vs 2 LB is dominated by the lowers levels besides them being able to win battles faster.

if 2 vs 2 was to truely be balanced it would take forever for battles to match up and to win. It's already bad enough 4-5 mins average battle. Compaired to 1 vs 1 where it's anything from 30 seconds to 1-2 mins.

Easy fix, you can trust me on this... have team 1 and team 2 have an equal number of turns. If 2 players are fighting 2 players, it goes team1A, team2A, team1B, team2B. If someone dies, or if someone disconnects, for example player team2B, it goes team1A, team2A, team1B, team2A, team1A, team2A... etc. However, it is unknown to me, but speed can be exploited with double the number of turns for a loner. So the loner's cooldowns and warmups would have to double as well.

What exactly determines if a player is a varium player?

Fair, so are you trying to use encumbrance to balance the teams? If so, then the lowest level in a 2V2 must not be 5 levels in difference from the highest level in 2V2. For example, LV 30 and 32 vs LV 34 and 31.

So, if I purchase 1000 varium as a level 1, at level 35, I am considered a varium player even though I may be using full freemium equipment (credit-only)?
