Time for my weekly suggestion this week a new armor skill:

Stun Lazer

i got this idea becuase the new 007 movie skyfall is showing 12:07am thursday :D:D ( WOOOT!)
i suggest that there be a newer version of Nightwraith's Duds that has a hidden lazerbeam in it.

For this skill your charcter would lift up his/her arm and shoot out a small but damaging lazerbeam dealing 85% of your sidearm's damage (excluding deadly aim ). it is unblockable , can be defelcted, but has Stun shot

what do you think?

we do not need a upgrade to nightwraith duds or have another weaker version of stun gun fixed onto a armor, 85% unblockable and deflectable gun damage thats not affected by deadly aim yes but a chance to stun your opponent thats a no.

@metallico: how about 1%? since many ppl got 1% ebil hazard husk drop so its still possible.
