I don't know if it's a forum bug, or a browser issue, or what, but ...

When I read a thread, then go back to the forum where it's listed, it no longer marks that thread as "read". Not consistently, anyways. Is this a forum bug? A problem with my browser (FF16.0.2)? Some other type of bug? Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Not that it's super-critical, but I'm getting annoyed with it.

Details:

When did it start: maybe a few weeks ago
OS: Windows XP
Browser: FireFox 16.0.2
Fixes tried: none - couldn't think of anything

Did you press the back button on the browser. If you do that then it shows you the cache version of the page when you still haven't read it yet. Refersh the page to see updated page.
Or maybe a new post was made which you missed.

Yep, I get this often as well.

No, I don't press the browser's "back" button when I get this - I expect it to behave this way with the "Back" button, but not when I click the link at the top/bottom of the thread (which is when it happens).
