You also have got to have passion/drive for what you in order to see through. Spend hours and hours every single day to improve. It will take you years. Some were fortunate enough to start at a young age so now they have this skill at the right age availeble to them in order to grab chances. Yup.

Another way is, that being helpful on the forums, you become an Archknight then form there you may become a Moderator. Other ways is applying to moderator requests when asked in the Design Notes. Note there may be a specific talent required to apply, such as artistic ability or prgramming. Remember all moderators/ staff members do need to be above the age of 18+.
