Sorry if it is not here where I should post ...

Well, my problem is that I used allopass to get some artix points, yet even though I wait one week, my artix points did not increase ( It is 2285 now, instead of 2845), and 3 euros have been deducted from my err bank. Is there any way I can get my points?

Just another thing, when I went to see my payment history, it is empty, when I actually bought sometime from allopass and Boku, is it normal?

Hi Ogma,

Sorry you're having payment issues. You are correct that this forum isn't the correct place to sort out payment issues, but I do have some helpful links and other info:

1. Captain Rhubarb has announced that Allopass has discontinued services for many countries they formerly did business in. Your best bet is to contact Allopass directly to find out if your country is still supported and what happened to your payment. Remember that Allopass is based in France, so you'll have to choose your country on the website to get info in your native language.

2. The Master Account Help Pages have detailed information on SMS payment information. The information is helpful, but in reality contacting Allopass will get you the most direct help. There is a mailer at the bottom of the page, but please be sure you've contacted Allopass first before using it.
