and why should strength builds get slower rage? They rage quicker because they attack more and defend less. Defending yourself putting up buffs, etc doesn't give your rage but attack does. Also since they have such low defenses you won't get as much rage as if you would if you were attacking a tank.

I don't think it is fair that strength builds should get their rage gain nerfed just because they are gaining faster by following the rules of rage.

Are you kidding me?! Strength bounty hunters with massacre is not OP at all. It's just a simple build. If you hadn't noticed yet, YOUR build cant defeat everyone's build in the game. Some people can kill strength bounty hunters with ease and can struggle with mages or something. Others can't handle Bounty Hunter strength builds but can defeat mercs like they're nothing.

It all depends on your build...

In order to stop a bounty hunter with massacre, take their energy, boost your dex, boost your hp, and forget about your tech.
For a CH, just boost health and dex with energy resistant armor on. And again, take their energy. Static Charge is not as good as It use to be.

Like I said, you'll be able to stop the bounty hunters and Cyber Hunters but you WILL struggle with another kind of build.

So before you call that build OP, make a build that will stop them easily and I bet you'll say another class is OP just because your build can't stop everyone...

simple answer, no it isnt. because of all of u guys massacre is now UP. i feel that all the finishers were balanced because of their side effects but now massacre is rubbish

What do you mean their Gun? Do you want them to get it weaker again?

What? It's OP? It was nerfed and it is hard to use it perfectly due to BHs and CH's being able to steal about 35 Energy with their EMP Grenade.

This thread was Necro bumped by ED Divine darkness. At this period in time, massacre was definitely OP. Now that it got a nerf, we can say otherwise......
