Hello there, LK here. It's been a while since I wrote something and after a long break I decided to start on something 'less' serious than my other works and here it is.

Consider this as something of a 'light parody' of AE in general, but it will have its serious moments, even then, don't take it too seriously (especially the Lore, oh please don't take it to heart, resident hardcore AE scribes). The title should already make you aware of what the mood of the story is.

Seems interesting.
I found no mistakes whatsoever, and your writing style is very good.
It's no wonder you got the Creative title.

At any rate, I do not quite see where you are going with the parody part. From what I understand of the mood, at least from what the title tells me, this story is going to end up being funny in a serious way? I can already tell you that if your plan is to make this a funny story, the fact that you use the vocabulary you are currently using makes it all the more funny. A person trying to explain something absurd while remaining serious is probably my favorite comedy style.

But, forgive me if I am interpreting this wrongly. I simply always have doubts about how I interpret things when a person says "The title says it all."

Well lordkaho, while it is a new story I can certainly see certain elements from your previous work in there.

South-east of Paxia? Are we taking the AQ-map for directions then? So (near) the Middle-Isles?

While the story certainly seems interesting, I think it is a bit too early to say anything about it yet. I'll be waiting to give you my thoughts on it.

Do drop by and tell me what you thought of my last two chapters.

Parody in a sense that various AE-stereotypes would be taken as the subject of humor (granted that most of its stereotypes are already humorous, you will notice some subversions and handwaving to certain tropes). Though since this is only a 'light parody', even if I already said to not take it seriously, I won't be forcing any jokes that much in exchange for a decent story. Comedy is a relatively new genre I'm still working with.

Yes, and no. Timelines of when and where certain places were founded or had collapsed does not take much precedence in this story so expect some places to be relatively anachronistic in its location. But then again, the sea of Cold-Mast where *censored* is located should be several nautical miles north-east of Vandar.

And thanks for reminding me, I do in fact have a lot of catching up to do with everyone's stories.

Read what you have so far, kaho. Can't comment much, but you never really can when a story first starts, right? :P I'm really liking the feel of it, so far, though. I'm expecting some unexpected (Spanish) Inquisition jokes eventually. :P Also, because her name is Lady Darkwood, I can't help but feel she's the spawn of DarkBlade and Lord Blackwood(both from the SCP Foundation). :P

The 'main' story won't even be starting for another 3 or 4 chapters. As hinted in the short prologue, we're entering a flashback arc.

Bartz looks like Iroh (to me) in that picture where he pets her head. Only this man has as much love for ale as Iroh has for tea.

As for the drawings, probably not. But then again, I won't be too sure as I won't be updating it for quite a while.
