I don't have a certain side preference, but consider this: Health positively effects reroute, but has its disadvantages with agility. Energy, on the other hand, doesn't necessarily increase effectiveness of any skills, but is far more flexible in what you can use it for. It's up to the player to judge which one they like or think is best. 1 stat point equal to 1 HP would be pretty bad, IMO, just because everyone would be forced to tank since strength builds would become almost impossible.
