I wanted to use This pic for a sig, But it was made by DageTheEvil. Does that pic have to be my own design?

Signatures do not need to be of your own design that picture would be fine content-wise for a signature, except it is too tall, wide and too large of a file.

Signatures need to be 500 pixels wide X 100 tall and only 50 KB max size. The picture you linked is 543 x 133 and 151 KB.

Also, while signatures do not have to be your own artwork or design, if you're using an image someone else created it would be polite and proper to ask them first. Obviously if it's something someone made for you then they were OK with it, but if you see an image someone else is using that you like and you just copy it for your own use, it's rude and also likely plagiarism.
