Ice Crystals

When frozen (bug: or paralyzed), Fire Orbs turn into Ice Crystals.

Exactly the same as Fire Orbs, but:

ELEMENT MODIFIER
Fire: 150%
Ice: -200%

DESCRIPTION
The Fire Orbs have turned into deadly flying ice crystals!
