Basically what the title says. I've been playing a lot on my alt recently and I found it is way to easy to spam Multishot and Plasma Bolt. Bounties and Tech Mages especially at low levels can just have a crap ton of HP and MP and spam those attacks.

There was a point in time that plasma bolt did have a stat requirement. However Rabble remove it so lower level mages could compete with the other classes. However as for this suggestion I support it. Thanks to the way plasma bolt is now the damage casters and even myself with it at level one can get out of it is crazy.

As for multi shot I can't support that one unless you put a stat requirement on all multi's. As it is now there is no stat requirement on plasma rain, artillery strike, or multi shot, and putting a stat requirement on one without doing it for the rest would leave imbalance.

Nah , not supported . You know we TMs never had great variety before PB lost it's STR requirement right ? Plus , there's nothing wrong with BH/CH's Mulits . If you want to counter them , use E Shield .
