I'm was thinking about rage heal when u click heal it will Ask u rage heal or just a normal heal

Not supported. This would OP stall builds even more then they are now. Even with omega coming it is still a bad idea.

What is the difference between a normal heal and a rage heal? You haven't explained it at all...

a rage heal would probably heal more.
like, if a max heal is 60, a rage heal would give for example, lets say +20% HP

that max heal would be 72 heal instead of 60.

so it increase healing with rage, like it increases damage with attacks.

Rage heal= heal 30 percent more of normal heal

This would kinda mess things up becasue heal cannot heal more than the amount reroute can regen to heal again, this could mess that up or make it last a whole lot longer...
perhaps an extra 5 hp? :D

support @artho since anything higher would make this slightly op expecially since tanks can just stack up insane resis and def +reroute would allow them to completely reheal

At the moment there are set skills that do work with rage, and those who do not. The concept of Rage is that your player becomes angry to the point that he does one single attack with a lot more power/vigor, in a kind of reckless anger crazed state. This concept does not quite work with healing, firstly due to the point that anger and rage in real terms would not affect your healing abilities, possibly would make them worse since in an anger/rage crazed mind-set you would not conduct the healing process in as much detail, where as you would smack someone with a weapon harder or edge slightly closer with your gun/aux which explains the additional damage done there.

Since Rage's programming is programmed only to work with attacks, since it ignores defense/resistance making it work with healing would take quite a bit of time, as well as not quite making sense. There are skills that have been made to work with Rage, skills that haven't, those that do not work with Rage have a reason not to, whether it's due to it not making any sense to, not fitting with the formula or balance issues stemming from it.

Nice idea though!

^Good point , but getting angry can mean you get adrenaline rush so your other performances are more than expected . Just saying .
