I'm now a BM, but I noticed this as a merc as well. If someone has max BL which steals 23% damage dealt, and I use level 1 BC, the BC lifesteal totally overrides the BL lifesteal! This is ridiculous, as someone used BC on me and I stole 1/5 of the HP I normally recover after using an attack. I think it should be changed so that the higher lifesteal overrides the lower one, rather than BC overriding all.

BC is a skill that uses EP(active for a limited amount of turns) and BL is a passive that is always active. The comparison is kind of invalid in my opinion.

I'm quite confused by your statements...This is more of a complaint. Why should a 5% lifesteal override a 23% lifesteal (Example: I could have drained 10 HP, but instead I only drained 2 because level 1 BC was place on me)? This actually makes it non-beneficial in pretty much all cases to BC BM and BH, even if BC is at max level, BL is about 99% of the time stronger than BC's lifesteal.

Does it really matter BM's and BH's make up for things with masscre and other ability's I think it's fine.

Here is something else you missed Exploding. If the buff is hit with someone using the azreal's borg the lifesteal effect is also nerfed as well.

But as for this idea I support it.

BM doesn't have massacre, and for BH just because many people find BL and Massacre to be too much doesn't mean that a buff like BC should stay the way it is a way to weaken the health gain it isn't fair and could cause the player to lose in two vs two.

I thought that whichever had the highest lifesteal would be the one that worked...

I noticed before that BC cancels out BL, you should report it in bugs section of the forums, because I think this is a bug.

Probably a bug and if not, we always take the better of 2 statuses (of the same type), so any 2 same statuses are compared and then the larger number takes priority.

They're trying to say BC is supposed to stack up with BL , but Exploding Penguin is saying that he had a 5% Lifesteal instead of 28% .

These changes could be in Omega.
You'll never know.......


EDIT:

And they won't be fixing this for a while as Omega has to be launched before any other bugs are fixed!
Especially the one with the 'Lost connection' when people leave battles for no reason at all.

@Aegis: Actually, we're saying the more dominant lifesteal amount should stay, not stack. So, I'm getting a 5% lifesteal from BC rather than a 23% from max BL, not 28%. If lifesteal could stack, then certain 2v2 builds (particularly str BM with dage's gun) could be way overpowered by a support max BL ally.

If I were you I would post this in Bugs if indeed when BC is added to a player with BL they don't stack but BC replaces BL. However, I wouldn't expect anything to be done instantaneously since it looks like they are kept busy with Omega.

I always had thought the better lifesteal would be the dominant one. O.o

Long when they implemented that lifesteal to the buff, We recieved a clarification about how they were not going to stack, and the stronger effect would prevail.
I think this is a bug. If it's not, then I support.

@masterbobi: Before I was a BM, I was a merc. This isn't me complaining about mercenaries in a sense that it's negative, I'm just stating that blood commander has less freedom in 2v2 strategy given certain bounties and BMs, and that it should be changed so that blood commander ACTUALLY is helpful when used on BMs and BHs in 2v2.
