Lololololol! It doesn't actually 1-hit people though, it just shows damage equal to their HP then their death animation but their HP bar stays and sometimes it freezes. xP

Yeah, but I like to know the factors of his encounter rate, say if it is comparable to Revontheus (Rage-Quit Hard) or comparable to Rudolphtheus (Pretty easy)

Snow Ninja seems to be normal Rare. I got him twice in 50 battles, but that may be different for you.

Well, that is one answer, a 2/50 chance to encounter, I'll likely wait for a third person to give me their opinion on this before I make my ultimate decision.

Ice has been balanced, not nerfed... they were godly powerful and unbeatable by certain classes as it was. Now they are still good but not OP'd like before.

I'm just sitting on the Fortress Mountain, trying to find a freaking Ice Beetle, so I'm loving the 20 shield limit. It makes battles go quicker.

Got the Snow Ninja and Rudolptheus,now going for Frogzard. have been using a Fire character and havent got any desyncs with it. Havent used Incinerate and the 5 hit special attack combo at all.
