I would first like to let you know i do am a var player.
I dont know if it has crossed your minds but it did mine.

But as you all know, the devs are compensation the 'players' with a 2 in 1 promo pack and a Yeti competition.
But guys, this is only for us Var users, so basically the devs are not giving any kind of compensation for the delay at the F2P'ers.
Isnt this extremely unfair to the F2P'ers since we get 2 things and they nothing?

What do you think about this?
I think they should give them some discount or also a tournament for something else.
because this is just really unfair and if i was a F2Per i would be pissed off.

I suppose it seams logic to compensate supporters, after all, without them there would be no game at all.

they get nothing??? you do realize there will be credits options for enhancing and unlimited npcs to
farm for creds right? the omega weps are only for var users since we are supporting the game by
buying varium. thats 2 things for them too dude.

F2Ps are gettting so much with the releease of Omega. Furthermore, the compensation is for those who were ready to support the game with real money.

wait that was the compensation? lol, so to get compensated for spending money on enhancement I had to spend another 50 dollars? lol, getting trolled hard by ED, really really hard!

Omega is going to be a massive buff for F2P players while a massive nerf to varium players. When Omega starts F2P will gain access to 80% if not more of the items and power they couldn't get in the alpha-delta stages.

The only thing the varium players will have left are the varium features and promos which won't give a massive edge so it is fair.

No, no it's not. At first i was thinking the same as you..but after hard searching on forum i found out this (said by moderator or w/e ): this is compensation for delaying omega. Compensation for enhances is other thing which he can't tell ..cause it's secret or smthing

Yea Sr. Zeph I think youre right.
Oh and you say how non vars gonna become so much stronger now and varium soo weakened, we will see if thats so true when update is live.

If you haven't read the last couple of DN they said they were making Varium more for convenience then give power. Also let me list some of thing they are doing to help F2P players

1 Making NPC unlimited so you can grind on them so you can get the best gear (Before F2P had only 15 NPC per hour and would level up after a while so they had the fear of having their gear getting outdated.)

2 Making new items that have the same power as varium items for both credits and varium alone. (Before Varium items always had the edge over non varium items so with this Non variums get a buff)

3 In Omega the removal of level based items (meaning they can equip any item at any level without the drawbacks of negative stats)

And these are just some of the things the staff is doing for non variums. However at the same time the staff has to do something for the varium players who will be getting nerfed since varium won't give power anymore. Besides if the staff gave non variums access to this promo because of this then no one would buy the promo. I mean did you see what happened in the dragon saga. There were limited rare weapons for credits and varium and the credits one went fast while the varium ones were barely touched. Do that with this promo and I grantee you no one would buy it unless they don't want to farm the credits for it.

completely agree with mother1, its ridiculous if you guys think the promo should be ingame and for varium and credit favors, any varium or credit player would go for the credit version.

Everybody already knows F2Pers will be better then ever, but guys they are still not getting anything because of the delay.
So basically you cannot call all these changes an excuse for not giving them a compensation like they gave us multiple things.

Im sorry to say, but nobody ever said the promos should be ingame or also for credits favors.

I was the one who brought up that since many f2p are complaining about variums getting this due to the delay. Some people were even saying that the promo should be in game for non variums as compensation which I heard some say in game which is why I brought that up.

Well without f2p players like us, no one would have bought varium because there would not be a real reason to be stronger, i ll be inactive until the omega release, it doesnt worth to keep playing with the current balance system...

Without someone to be defeated in the game, there would not be reason to buy varium

Ok we don't even know if they are going to compensate free to play or now. For all we know they might do it in another update or maybe add something in game during omega that they didn't intend to add.

Read this from mother1 tells me there is no point on buying varium anymore and those who quit since early beta will be just as good as very skill non varium players in other words this update nothing good will come out of being varium and paying every year to make sure they are top dogs. Being non varium myself for 2 year I even have to say this really unfair to full time varium players and this to me will make want to quit now as varium player now I can understand there anger.

I announced this on Facebook, but it bears repeating here. The compensation for the enhancements and the promo offer are two different things. Players do NOT have to purchase a package to be compensated for enhancements. Repeat: you do NOT have to purchase a package to be compensated for enhancements. Players will be compensated in multiple ways and there is already a record of enhancements purchased. I am not authorized to give details yet because some of the specifics need to be hammered out. I'm sorry for the confusion, but the 2-for-1 promo offer and compensation for enhancements are two totally separate and discrete things.

Lol of course promo shouldnt be available for non vars. Im saying that 30 day competition shouldnt be a part of promo. You already are getting 2 kinds of weaps and yetis.
Not allowing free players into huge in-game events like this one is a huge mistake. But of course you dont have to agree...

I read every DN. Free players will have better life now in Omega but dont exaggerate.
1. Yeaa.. it will be better unless beating NPCs become harder and you gotta grind for hours anyway. Such a fun in a pvp game.
2. In stats yea but varium items gonna get unique passive and active skills.
3. Yea but drawbacks applied to anyone no matter if varium or not.

Oh and you said how good for non vars that they will get some of the old varium items, credits only. Well those items has no unique skills so its only art. We will beat you with
power of varium items art, ok.
