Reflection to replace reroute
A new tact merc debuff skill that would lower two stats the first would be full debuff the second they choose would be half the debuff of the first so let’s say the full debuff is 28 so the second stat they choose would be 14 but the player chooses the two stats during training not battle the damage would be of the weapon and if blocked the debuff still activates. Since it would replace reroute the damage they inflict while the debuff is active would return back in the form of energy.

Strike and weaken an enemy by reducing two stats during combat and regain energy from the damage you inflict

o Level 2: 12
o Level 3: 14
o Level 4: 16
o Level 5: 18
o Level 6: 20
o Level 7: 22
o Level 8: 24
o Level 9: 26
o Level 10: 28
· Weapon Required: None
· Stat Required: None
· Level Required: 2
· Improves With: Support (+1 Stat reduction at 22 Support; +1 Stat reduction per 4 Support)
· Warm Up: 0
· Cool Down: 1
· %Energy Regain from damage you inflict on the player you debuffed
· Level 1: 12%
· Level 2: 15%
· Level 3: 18%
· Level 4: 21%
· Level 5: 23%
· Level 6: 25%
· Level 7: 27%
· Level 8: 28%
· Level 9: 29%
· Level 10: 30%

Not supported for the sole purpose that this would leave TLM with only one passive putting them at a disadvantage against the other classes. All classes need two passives but all classes don't need a debuff.

@mother1 not really, the old school merc used to have just one passive skill and it worked so good if you ask me but the skill in itself is overpowered but not that much replacing the reroute, it would also fix the tlm juggernaut problems but in itself tlm needs reroute to be tactical.
