Think I have the highest Fiend on forums.

I wish they'd implement something for lower levels vs higher levels so lower levels get first turn..Fighting someone with 10hp more than you and they get first turn is so unfair Lol

Worth SG to capture? Maybe not his capture rate is like 10% which is quite high. And his encounter rate is around that. It should take you around 100 fights, if you use reset farming it should take roundly half an hour if you are unlucky

He's the strongest Ice character right now (but might not have legendary form though) and cost 5 SG but if you want to save money it's ok sticking with Xmas Fiend
