We need a skill to replace Malfunction due to malfunction is a tech type skill so think what would be more Cyber type than a virus

Strike and reduce the enemies tech while adding a percent buff to either dex or tech that you choose in training

· Improves With: Support (+1 Stat reduction at 22 Support; +1 Stat reduction per 4 Support)

· Cool Down: 1
· %buff from the amount debuffed on the enemy
· Level 1: 12%
· Level 2: 15%
· Level 3: 18%
· Level 4: 21%
· Level 5: 23%
· Level 6: 25%
· Level 7: 27%
· Level 8: 28%
· Level 9: 29%
· Level 10: 30%
Starting base support debuff reduction

No supported The idea once again is OP. A debuff and a buff to your self at once? This would be easily abused big time by any of the builds Ch could make especially if they have weaker/stronger dex/tech then one of their other stats. IT would cause CH to become OP since they can destroy their enemies tech while buffing their dex or tech at the same time.

this term op needs to go. This is absolutely not op. If i do a level debuff that does -25 at level 4 i would get back 21% thats 5 buff on me. How on earth is this op? How can 5 be so op? Take the highest Malf you can get with No enchant. Thats 50 at max level. Now you get back 30% thats 15. How is this op too considering its a max debuff with max supporting stat. Mother you pls need to give numbers for everytime you say op. This skill better stack with a buff. Example i do a malf of 25 and get back 5 a tech mage should be able to tech me up if i get malfed. Ima be screwd if i cant be buffed.

Mother1, 12% 0f 12 is 1.44 round up that is 2 take the high end 30% of 30 is 9 so on and so forth. That is the points added to the stat for the length of time the enemy is debuffed and this skill does not give the damage increase that malfunction does just a debuff slight buff skill.

speaking for my favorite class, i would love to have this skill implemented because it would make cybers pwn other classes, but as a fair player who is not biased towards any classes, i would say that this is utterly OP! firstly, no other class has a debuff and a buff combined in one skill, the devs are revamping the skill tree of evolved classes but they didn't say that they are going to make the evolved classes more powerful than the base classes.

@hawtnezz remember cyber hunter has plasma armor, so getting malfed is the least of their worries, and a decent support build or just a average 5 focus build with a lvl 6-10 of this skill can pwn in omega, once again you do not see the OPness in this skill. gaining a small buff when giving a debuff is way better then getting no buff at all, so it will be like making your opponent's bot and tech based skills less powerful while making your bot and tech based skills more powerful. think about it.....

TRizZzCENTRINO, do you realize it is suggested percentages and debuffing points that can be adjusted? If they go with all my skills I suggested for Cyber Hunter only one skill would improve with tech that is Plasma Grenade and the percentage buff is so small that it would not make that much of a difference especially if they are getting hit with physical attacks and the tech Mage has malfunction that small buff will not make a difference if they are malfunctioned.

Which would be worse malfunction energy blade massacre or virus any blade massacre? Same with Cheap shot? Same with Claw Assault?

how do you know the buff would be so little? 30% is alot if i debuff 45-50 technology(it is possible) how do you know if cybers won't get more technology based skills? and malfuction/massacre builds won't be possible in omega since you need to sacrifice your dex/tech/support/health/ for energy. a 5 focus cyber hunter can rule with this. malfunction from a tech mage won't affect us a bit, plasma armor is there for a reason, and i always have higher dex than tech because of plasma armor.
