These Ultimate skills were meant to replace Super Charge.

I don't know which is best but please provide me some comments and suggestions to help align my suggestions to the balanced level.

Mage's Conflagration
EP: 33/36/39/42/45/48/51/54/57/60
Weapon Required: Staff
Improves with Technology
Stat Needed: 26 Dexterity +2 per level
Warm Up: 3
Cooldown: 3

Effects: An attack the deals damage based on Technology as well as dealing 4 Damage to HP for 3 rounds (Stacks with Blood Lust)

Level 1: 40% of Tech
Level 2: 44% of Tech
Level 3: 48% of Tech
Level 4: 52% of Tech
Level 5: 55% of Tech
Level 6: 58% of Tech
Level 7: 61% of Tech
Level 8: 64% of Tech
Level 9: 67% of Tech
Level 10: 70% of Tech

Super Flare
EP: 33/36/39/42/45/48/51/54/57/60
Weapon Required: Staff
Improves with Technology
Stat Needed: 26 Dexterity +2 per level
Warm Up: 3
Cooldown: 3

Effects: Attacks both HP and EP. Damage from Technology. EP drain is 25% of damage done, Stacks with Blood Lust.

Level 1: 45% of Tech
Level 2: 48% of Tech
Level 3: 51% of Tech
Level 4: 54% of Tech
Level 5: 57% of Tech
Level 6: 60% of Tech
Level 7: 63% of Tech
Level 8: 66% of Tech
Level 9: 68% of Tech
Level 10: 70% of Tech

Plasma Blast
EP: 33/36/39/42/45/48/51/54/57/60
Weapon Required: Staff
Improves with Technology
Stat Needed: 26 Dexterity +2 per level
Warm Up: 3
Cooldown: 3

Effects: Pure damage toward HP.

Level 1: 50% of Tech
Level 2: 55% of Tech
Level 3: 60% of Tech
Level 4: 65% of Tech
Level 5: 70% of Tech
Level 6: 74% of Tech
Level 7: 78% of Tech
Level 8: 82% of Tech
Level 9: 86% of Tech
Level 10: 90% of Tech

Your kidding me. This is just like Alpha Super charge that improved with energy. With this, the user just maxes it, then trains all on tech. Shield, heal and boost until they get it. Guarantee kill.

It improves off of Technology first of all. Second, There is a cap on tech to reduce abuse on the ultimate attacks

First off, I don't think the staff are going to ever put caps on skill improvement to help foster build creativity(why bother getting past 106 tech when it doesn't matter at all?). Secondly, you will need to lower the %s on both skills regardless. If you want to keep the DoT/EP drain then you will have to lower both of the %s even further.

Yeah I know it improves with technology.... And where is there a cap on technology? And um, 75% of 120 tech is 90 damage. OP much?

@NDB: There is a cap where both skills will stop improving, but now soon to be removed.

Well it doesn't matter anymore as ND Mallet pointed out. I have readjusted the scales already.

extremly underpowerd skill. At level one it will do 20 damage and drain 3 energy. No way is it at par to surgical 50% rage skill. Blood mage is a strength based char if you want tech ultimate go play with a tech mage. Blood mage needs a ultimate like massacare. Just pure damage no special effect.

What aint brocken, should not be fixed.

Think Super charge is too weak?


I say bring the other ulties down to level rather then buffing this one.

But I dont think its weak, I think all ulties are fine aside from massacre being able to crit since its based on weapons damage this is unfair.
